How do visits and follow-ups work?
Care begins with detailed messaging about your history, followed by a brief video encounter with your doctor. Routine follow-up after that happens through messaging or video, as determined by your doctor.
When will my physician respond?
Standard physician messaging receives a response within 1 to 2 business days.
What happens if I need lab testing?
Lab testing is not included. Existing results can be reviewed. If your physician determines that additional testing is needed, that testing may create an additional cost.
Is there an option with longer visits and additional support?
Yes. The Comprehensive Evaluation begins with a $299 initial 60-minute video visit, and its ongoing care includes video follow-up visits, priority messaging, and prior-authorization assistance where applicable. Compare the two.
