Care is for adults 18 and older who live in South Carolina. Your district employment is confirmed when you start.

Will the $49 rate go up?
It is not an introductory price. $49 a month is the rate for South Carolina school district employees, billed month to month, and the standard Essential Care rate is $99.
How is my district employment confirmed?
You confirm it as part of enrollment. There is no separate application.
How do visits and follow-ups work?
Care begins with detailed messaging about your history, followed by a brief video encounter with your doctor. Routine follow-up after that happens through messaging or video, as determined by your doctor.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The membership is month to month with no cancellation fee, and you can cancel at any time. If you are not satisfied with a month of care, you can request a refund for that month.
What happens if I need lab testing?
Lab testing is not included. Existing results can be reviewed. If your physician determines that additional testing is needed, that testing may create an additional cost.
